ZLAN8308M is a new cost-effective DTU DTU with 2G GPRS mode. RS485 to 4G can be realized, and the CAT1 4G transmission speed can reach 5Mbps uplink and 10Mbps downlink. It can realize RS485 data to 4G, and adopts the rail type installation method, which is easy to install. Compared with the traditional desktop 4G DTU, the width is reduced to about 1/4 of the original width, and the size is compact. It adopts terminal type power supply and adopts 9~24V wide voltage input. The shell is made of high-temperature, flame-retardant alloy plastic, which meets the fire protection requirements of industrial sites.

ZLAN8308MN adds P2P and M2M functions on the basis of 8308M, which can forward data through the cloud without the need for users to build their own servers, P2P is suitable for intranet computers to monitor all kinds of serial port equipment through 4G, and M2M is suitable for serial PLC and serial port equipment to communicate through 4G network.

ZLAN8308M not only has the functions of registration report, heartbeat packet, but also the latest MQTT and Modbus RTU to JSON to JSON docking cloud servers, with the characteristics of high-speed transmission, low latency, and support for new technologies.

ZLAN8308M can configure the device, upgrade the firmware, and configure advanced settings such as MQTT/JSON through the serial port. At the same time, it supports remote centralized management of a large number of distributed devices through the server, which can be remotely configured, remotely viewed and remotely upgraded. With the public cloud or ZLAN cloud, it can realize the device management on the web side and the data viewing and remote control on the web side.

The collected data can be uploaded in JSON format and automatically collected. The collected data supports Modbus RTU, 645 instrument 97 version, 645 instrument 07 version, various non-standard RS485 protocols, etc. Users can use ZLVircom to configure the uploaded data format and JSON keywords. MQTT protocol, HTTP POST protocol, HTTP GET protocol, transparent transmission protocol, and various non-standard network protocols can be supported during upload.

It supports edge computing functions, including: data overrun alarm, data translation and zoom, data change upload, device offline alarm, device independent collection, device automatic connection and other functions. This feature is usually used in conjunction with the JSON feature.
